Bright green poo

I know this can be too much foremilk or an allergy. We're on day 3 of green poop and sometimes she seems to be straining. I'm leaning towards allergy to something I'm eating. I've cut out most dairy and switched to soy milk, but it seems to have gotten worse since the switch. Is that possible?

my experience has been that baby is not getting enough of the hind milk. The good fatty milk after the initial fore milk is all gobbled up.(excuse any spelling errors)
I was told to keep baby on one side fully for each feeding, offering the same side for a second round (after burping or a little break), then next feeding, offer the other side.

seemed to do the trick for us.
