Milk banks sell milk that has been pasteurized and treated and meets a certain requirement. But, individuals donate their milk to milk banks.
okay, I found this: "Determine the legality of selling breast milk by checking state laws and the CDC for liability issues. Find out more about whether or not breast milk is prohibited or regulated with advice from a certified family mediator in this free video on legal information."
I, personally, find the concept offensive. And, that comes from someone who has donated several gallons worth of breastmilk. I feel that extra breastmilk should be freely given as an act of love. But, if you are intent on doing so, rock on. Maybe check your state laws regarding breastmilk, write up an informed consent statement that includes a release of liability, and the put it out there on Craig's List. I'd bet you could get some great money from fetishists.
