suddenly nursing more?

If my sick little girl nurses like a nb again, am I going to be having oversupply once she's better? We had been down to nursing 1-2 time a day and seriously I was concerned she'd not nurse anymore once I returned from the sewing expo. BUT, she's sick with this nasty stomach flu and nursing almost continuously (seriously) for over 24 hours now.

I'm going to have to slowly re-decrease her feedings?
(I've never had a baby nurse this long or incrase the amt of feeding before so seriously I don't know)

nak - of course.
