What can I take to increase my milk supply?

It was going great until Issac came home. We struggled a bit for a day or two and I thought he was getting the concept of nursing. Went in for his first appt and he hadn't gained and went back 4 days later and he had lost 3 oz back to his birthweight. The other night I got so frustrated that I pumped and let dh feed him and was shocked at how little I was getting pumping compared to earlier. Just wondering what I could take to help that.
thanks

I am not sure of what foods/supplements you can take to increase your supply, but I do know that nursing very often is one of the best ways to increase your supply. Nurse and nurse often. When your baby does not want to nurse, use a pump. Once you get your supply to what you think it should be, then stop the pump.
