New too & milk blister!!

Hiya! New to the board (obviously). I have 3 month twin girls and we're exclusively b/f'ing (as I pass out from exhaustion). So, about a month ago, I developed a milk blister... I diagnosed it, treated it (popped it, sorry if TMI) and it healed.

Or so I thought.

Its back. It hurts. Anyone have any experience? Tips??

i had one. just keep nursing. it will hurt like you cant imagine, but it is the best way to be rid of it. also massage it in a hot shower or put a warm compresson it.

I would add if you see red streaks, have chills and a fever, see your practitioner for some antibiotics. I tried to treat mastitis without antibiotics and got VERY sick. I'm sure it can be done and I applaud mamas who can get through it OK but for me, I sure felt 100% better!
