I have not taken Lexapro, though in a chat with another mama online she said that her supply tanked when she took it.

I did take the mini pill for 2 years while breastfeeding and didn't have supply issues. In fact, I had oversupply and leaked profusely for most of my dd's first year. I may be unusual though.
