I've started pumping again. Brenden is obviously allergic to milk or has a milk intollerance. He's been on Nutramigen for several days now and is doing so much better than when he was on soy formula. I have been looking for a reason to bf him again and here it is. My baby NEEDS my milk. I'll be relactating and will be meeting with a LC soon to teach him how to latch again. Please pray this works. This is my last chance to bf a baby and I really want to do this for him. I've been on the fence about bf'ing for a month now and here's my "sign" so to speak that it is what I need to do. DH is less than supportive so I'll be coming here when things get rough.

{{{HUGS}}} Alex is intolerant to dairy among a few other foods so I know how you feel. Don't forget to eliminate it from your diet.

You can do it. Don't give up. Mine after 7 mths of trying to nurse, we finally succeeded.

Thanks everyone! I've been pumping for a day and a half now and my nips are really sore!

I'm getting more and more milk out each time. It's still drops, but more drops than the time before.

I'll keep you posted!
