Orson Scott Card Fans

What have you read and what did you think??

For myself:

Ender's Game and companion books - what can I say but WOW! I still have about 3 to read I think. I read the series - Ender's Game, Speaker for the Dead (right?) Xenocide and Children of the Mind (yes?) and Ender's Shadow. Actually, I liked Ender's Game and Ender's Shadow best. The others got a bit strange IMO, LOL!

The Worthing Saga - very good, but a lot of rehash from other books. Actually I think the others were probably spawned by this but...

The Homecoming saga - Wow again! And then I found out it was basically a sci-fi embellished version of the Book of Mormon. Pretty wild!

Alvin books - I only read the first one.

Songmaster - another good one

Wyrms - eeeeew but a page-turner

Oh, and that one with the guy that can regenerate whatever comes off - starts with a D maybe? A page turner, but for me it wasn't a keeper.

Hartsomethingorother - another good library book (not a keeper for me)

Enchantment - COOL! I need to get my own copy.

My very faves, though, are Ender's Game and Ender's Shadow...

Read it but don't recall it.

Liked most of the series.

Alvin books - I only read the first one.
Love all of them. My fav of his. Comming out with new one, my lib has it on order and I just placed a hold for it because of your post. Thank you.

Songmaster - another good one
Yup. Me too.

Wyrms - eeeeew but a page-turner
Opted not to read that one.

Don't recall but I think I'll pass

Hartsomethingorother - another good library book (not a keeper for me)
How come I'm thinking, not researching, that it is part of the Alvin Maker series?

Enchantment - COOL! I need to get my own copy.

I really liked that one too.

Based on the little cruiseing of the lib db I just did I have lots of new reading to do.

Thanks for posting!
