I'll ty to explain this as best I can. If anyone needs more pictures or more detail let me know and I'll do a more step by step sew along
Thread your needle so you have a double thickness of thread knot it and anchor it to your ribbon. Looking at the wrong side of your ribbon put your needle through, thread your beads and then bring your needle back through the same spot, slip it under the first stitch to create a knot. The beads on my trim are 5/8 inch apart
