Our bread machine broke. So, I need to make bread by hand, ideally only one loaf at a time.

Can someone give me a recipe? A fatfree one (with no fruit fat substitutes ie. not applesauce instead of oil) would be ideal since DH is food combining and can't do fats with grains. DS and I can tho :)

You can use your bread machine recipe, just do it by hand. After it's blended, knead it, put in greased bowl and cover, let it raise, punch down, cut, put in greased pan and let it raise again, then bake. If you need a third raising, let it raise a second time before cutting.
