I need a recipe for making raviolis I have a thingy to cut and press them with but I have no idea how to make the dough??

also and interesting suggestions as to what to put in them? I made 20 quarts of spaghetti sauce, I've already put up 4 manicotti dishes & 3 lasaganas I've got 2/3 the pan left LOL

How about a parmesan/ricotta/spinach mixture? Or, a sauted mushroom/onion mixed with ricotta/parmesan mixture? Pesto is really good, too. I'd mix it with ricotta. Do anything that sounds good to you. You really can't go wrong as long as you have a "binder" like ricotta to help hold it together. Hope that helps!
