Garlic Pasta
1 whole garlic bulb
1/2 cup olive or veggie oil
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley (or approx. 6-8 tsp dried parsley or to taste)
1/4 cup fresh or 4 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pound (16 oz) pasta, cooked and drained
Separate garlic into cloves; remove peppery skins. In a large skillet over low heat, saute garlic in oil for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the heat. Add parsley, oregano, salt and pepper. Toss with pasta. Serve immediately.
Yields: 4 servings
