Pinto Bean Spread
Makes about a cup

1 x 400g (14oz) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
2 Tbsp tahini
1 tsp pressed garlic
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
salt to taste

Put the pinto beans in a blender or food processor with the tahini,
garlic, lemon juice, and blend until smooth. Add salt to taste.
