I haven't been to a theater since I took dd to see Lilo & Stitch, and before that it was the Tom Hanks movie "Road to Perdition" with dh. Can you tell we don't get to the theater much? :lol Anyway, what have you seen recently at the theater (adult or kids movies)? Was it good?

Well, two weekends ago DH and I went to the movie theater together for the first time in EIGHT years. I have taken the children occasionally (maybe once a summer, if there is anything decent out). DH and I saw "Antwone Fisher". We just aren't big "movie" people, I guess?

I have seen a lot of new releases and enjoyed them all.

To get the most out of a once in a blue moon trip to the movie theatre......go see Chicago. You will feel like you've really seen it on the big screen (vs. seeing it on a television screen when it comes out on video)

That's a good tip freedomlover. I don't know if I could get dh to go see it though. Would it be like torture for a man?

In a real movie theater? Last movie was spiderman. In the itty bitty theater that shows one movie a night on weekends here on base, last one was Catch me if you can. I don't see new releases until after they are several weeks new released.. lol but for 3 bucks, can't beat the price!!! 2 people, popcorn and sodas for under 10 bucks!! ;)

We are big movie lovers, and we see movies at the movie theater about every other week when ever we can. The last one we saw was Dare Devil... LOVED it... my dh is such a comic book and fantasy fan that we have to see ALL the movies like that. It is our one thing that we still take money out for... even though we are dirt poor... lol...
