My son Noah is 4 and he will not eat veggies. I myself am a veggie and so we have different veggies everynight. I have tried it ALL! Cooked veggies, uncooked veggies, green veggies, yellow veggies, everything. Can some please help! I need some new ideas on how to get him to eat his veggies!:(

Okay, I will preface this with my kids are BIG veggie eaters, so I may be of no help at all, but I will try with some of the things that have worked here:p
Okay, when we did dairy products a good way for getting the "yuckies"--as my oldest called veggies in his antiveggie stage when he was 5--was to hide minced...and I do mean MINCED...veggies like carrots, spinach, kale, greens, other loaded veggies in between the cheese and sauce in pizza. Only a small amount is needed to reach a serving. And you only need to put it on his part--the part of the pizza he will eat. Veggie breads are also a good way of hiding veggies to be eaten. Pumpkin bread, zucchini bread, carrot bread are all good for this. Also don't discount the use of tomato sauce/paste as a serving of veggies. Also in the produce section of the grocery store, there are things called veggie nuggets, these look like and somewhat taste like chicken nuggets but are made of vegetables. If you do meatballs, chopped or monced veggies sauteed first and then added aren't even noticed by most little ones. Now these are good ways of getting veggies in despite your little one's hatred of veggies. How to get them to learn to like them and learn to make healthy choices?? I am not sure. My kids have always liked veggies except for the occasional stage of "I hate veggies" which I think was more a power trip than anything else.
My kids HATE having their veggies with dip or sauces over them. Back when we did dairy they were the only kids alive who wouldn't eat broccoli drenched in cheese sauce. They like plain unseasoned steamed vegetables.

this is going to be blasphemy around here but not eating vegetable just isn't going to kill him;)
I was a fussy veggie hater as a kid and I love them now. A little was put on my plate every dinner to take or leave. Every once and while I gave it a try.
Dh was fussed over constantly as a kid over being picky and he's still picky...major food issues...
put it on his plate, no pressure and let it go my friend.....

I hide veggies in muffins and cornbread my dd will eat these and doesn't even know she is eating veggies.
Also, you could try Veggie Booty I know Trader Joe's sells this.

Keep some grated veggies in the freezer and add them to things like spaghetti sauce.
I like the suggestion of making breads, as well. You couldn't keep me off of pumpkin or zucchini bread if you tried! ;)
We also give Eli ranch with all his veggies. Maybe not ideal but it work so I'm not complaining! lol
Does he eat fruit well? I'd think serving him fruit would be just as good as veggies--providing you selected well.
Also, I don't think it's a huge deal. I'd continue to serve him veggies but I wouldn't push.

THANKS MAMAS!
I made pumpkin bread today and he loved it! I am goin to make a few other breads this weekend and freeze them. I have tried the dips and he is not a fan of them, but he does eat a good amount of fruit a day so that is good. Noah is a super picky eater, but I can't really say anything because so am I. It is really not a big deal I guess if he doesn't eay his veggies , but I want him to have a pretty good diet. Oh well im doin my best and I don't want to push him or he will never try them.
So Thanks Alot MAMAS!
