Can someone tell me how to pick an avatar? Mine says No avatar selected and I want one.

First you have to choose one from the multitude of images found either on your hard drive or on the web. Then make sure the image isn't larger than 50 pixels x 50 pixels (quite small) - if it's too big, it can be reduced with image software - Renata has an article about some free software which will do the job here:
