I never had this with my last baby. I've had it twice now in the last 5 weeks. I'm miserable. Any tips on keeping it from coming back?

Have you been to the doctor about it?

If it keeps coming back I would say its just a continuation of the first one that never totally cleared up.

REST! Thats a big one- and make sure you're getting plenty of fluids. Nurse a lot on that side especially.... and again, REST!!!

thanks. I have been pretty sick this week and it seems to be getting worse. I have an appt with the midwife tomorrow so I will ask her for an antibiotic since it's not going away on its own.
