I think we've done every cracker and granola bar/cereal bar, fresh fruit option in the book. I rotate the kinds of crackers etc, and throw in Sesame snaps and gorp when I feel like whipping some up but I need some more take-along ideas.

The kids won't eat raw carrots or celery and I won't do cookies, what else is there?
I need a new type of cracker I think.
They seem pretty picky some months and others they eat everything...

ramble ramble--okay just tell me what you do for snacktimes (low sugar or sugarless snacks much preferred) :)

dried fruit..my son loves dried fruit and it's really easy to bring and eat anywhere!!

before kaleb could eat raw carrots i would steam a bunch of carrots and give them as a snack,
veggie chips (baked) are pretty good.

Since becomming pregnant this time around I have had the weirdest thing happen ... I don't like cereal with milk anymore. So I made up a "mixture" of Cheerios, Corn Chex and golden raisins (you could use regular raisins here). They (and I) eat it by the handful and it really tastes yummy.

Satisfies the crunchy and the sweet cravings ...

We do raisins in the small travel size boxes,

Trail mix like peanuts, sunflower seeds, more raisins, and dried bananas

the sticks of mozzarella or cheddar cheese sticks

Dannon drinkable yogurts

my kids love eating garbanzo beans by the handful as well as black olives.

We do cucumbers, cherry tomatos with a veggie dip.

Graham crackers

and sometimes they will split a bagel with cream cheese usually there favorite is strawberry cream cheese on a plain bagel.

These are good ideas keep em coming ladies!!
