I learned on a Bud and Ivy kit I got through a co-op. They are just embroidery floss-wrapped pipe cleaners (bent into a star shape so each arm and leg are 2 "thicknesses" and the ends join at the neck) and then I made felt tunics and used artificial flower petals to embellish.:) Their heads will be 12 mm wooden beads.:)

Those are great! Time definetly is money with those dolls (I sell them too ;)

I have some of Joli's and I have them tucked away for ds' stocking. They're the sweetest little things, especially the baby ones. Love them, love them.
