I've been seeing commercials for Spam lately.

What are some of your recipes using Spam? (if you use it)

My husband loves spam. He makes spam rolls with rice and nori. And he loves it for breakfast with rice and tomatoes sprinkled with tiny dried fishes (I know, it sounds awful but it tastes fantastic). Also, he slices it thin and fries it til it's crisp, then serves it with eggs and rice.
