So, your FINISHED SEWED strips need to be 3.5inches wide. I am SO SORRY!! PLEASE pm me if you already cut your fabric.

*****Update: Ok, I couldn't figure out how to fix it. You guys will probably have to recut them. I'm soooo sorry! Ok, cut your strips 1 1/2inches the finished sewd strips should measure 3 1/2inches********

I'm confused though. Ok, so if each strip is 1 1/2in wide. Take away 1/2inch per strip for the seam allowance of 1/4in on each side of the strip. So That would be 1in wide per strip wouldnt it finished? Therefore 3in finished? Or am I just totally not getting this at all???? LOL
