Backpack? Big purse? Something on wheels?
Even with one class I seem to have sooo much stuff I need to bring (books, lab manual, notebooks, calculator, PPE, etc.,)
Or you just carry books "high school style", clenched to your chest? ;)
uh, I feel like a turtle carrying my stuff, all crammed into a nice big backpack, with padded straps and lots of pockets and zippers. It holds two softcover book, on binder, my dirty P.E. clothes and wet towel, softshell insulated lunchbag, each side has a net pocket for water bottle (I carry a 32oz Nalgene or stainless steel), and the pockets hold my keys, phone, wallet, chapstick, lotion, etc.
Summer so far is eay, but winter is going to be harder to carry more layers of clothing.
I am considering getting something like a hiker's metal frame pack.
At the thrift store of course. ;)
I have seen a few people using those roller luggage sort of packs. I was thinking those are nice but what about when it rains?

Well, I am lucky this time around.
For my one class on campus (all others online this semester), I only need a binder and a pencil.
Of course AFTER I purchased the big giant almost $200 math book and opened the shrink wrap (making it non returnable), the teacher said we did not need it, everything is online.
Oh well, LOL!
So, I carry my lonely little binder clutched to my chest.
I see many at school with the rolling luggage type backpacks, may go that route next semester when I take more campus classes.

I am not on campus right now but when I was, I would store my things in a bin in my trunk (TRUNK - you don't want textbooks getting stolen from your car!) and then I would load up my - get this - firefly print Sally Spicer Diaper bag tote! LOL No changing pad ;) That tote... I still have it, it still looks like new, and I used to get "wow, I love that bag, where did you get it" from 18 year olds! Worked really well to carry my ibook too.

I carry my Fleurville bag (which is actually the dipe bag, I just dump the diapers and other childish content onto the changing table and switch back later, lol). I get lots of compliments on my bag too. I get more at the grocery store though, people wanting to buy one to use as a reusable grocery bag :???:. Ummm, at over $100 new, I think it would not qualify as an economical alternative to paper or plastic, lol.

Sometimes it feels a burden to carry the bag and stuffs. I always try to reduce the load of my bag.
Anyway, thank you for saring with us.
