A lot of it is really hard to decifer, but if you go to your state, then scroll to utility rebates, you can see if your local power company is giving rebates. Some here are giving back 1.50 for each compact fluorescent bulb if you buy a 10 pack at once. So, there are big and little things that may add up for you. :)
