So my new son is 5 weeks old, I breastfed my first for 14 months he self weaned I used a nipple sheild with my first and am using one now both are terrible latchers. I have developed this "sore" looks like a bright red tiny bump on my left nipple it hurts so bad ecspecialy while nursing. I have no fever or lump under it - I am clueless called an LL Leader she said sounds like a sore. Any advice?
