How did she stop? Ava has bitten her nails since she was a toddler. Stephanie never has. Ava is my worrier- is Aidra at all like that?

I am not sure...lol! It must have been about 10 days ago. I did not tap for her on this. Maybe it is my big shift that I made for myself? I find OFTEN that when I shift my own issues, my kids shift positively with me.

Aidra does not *seem* to be a worrier, but it was defintely a sign of anxiety. nail biting usually is. NOw don't let that worry you! ;) What I have done with my kids 'stuff' like nail biting and thumb sucking~I have tapped on MY issues with it and then just let it go and did not worry about it anymore. Works like a CHARM.
