I know nothing about baguas. I just saw someone else suggest doing the TM that way and googled a map to get the segments. I tried to read about baguas in a feng shui book years ago and couldn't understand a thing.
My main instructor in my natural health program is a martial arts expert though and he has taught us a few qi gong moves. He says that if practiced consistently, they will change your life. I have practiced (with dd), but consistency has been a big challenge for me the last few years.
I have read about qi gong too. And I understood at least some of what I read. :p
What is bagua qigong?
I am glad you are enjoying it. I love trying new things lie that.

That's funny.I didna expect you to be an expert, it was just funny I had just heard about Bagua from you..then in my class in a completely different context.
I really believe in Qigong. Bagua is another set of specific qigong moves. I have only done the series once...we usually do the 8 strands of the brocade.
I love Tai Chi and Qigong. I have been going for three months and I am now getting consistent with my practice.
I can send you the instructions for Bagua. My teacher recommended you get familiar with something like 8 strands of the brocade as Bagua is more 'powerful' for lack of a better word.

well
I believe that it helps shift chi to where it needs to be for one to be healthy and vibrating at a higher vibration. It can have the same effeects as EFT shifting physical and emotional issues.
I learned about it from a Chiropractor oh 10 years ago. My classes with him were amazing.
It is a standing meditation..I love that aspect of it as well.
If I think of more stuff, I will let you know.
