Ok currently we are using First Language Lessons. We like it ok. It is working ok but it is not earth shattering so I am not totally attached to it. I am in the process of deciding on using My Father's World (that is another post). They recommend PLL and I think they schedule it but I am not sure about that. So my question is should I switch. They really don't look that different to me but I did find a vol of PLL that is in color so that might be better. I don't know really just trying to evaluate what we are using and what I want to use. So what do you think?

PLL is loosely scheduled in the TM. You could easily do whatever LA you want in place of it. PLL is more "old fashioned" and FLL is updated. I like that there are extra activities in FLL as well. FLL emphasizes more Grammar learning and repetition. PLL is more of a this and that feel and us very Charlotte Mason Friendly. It is a matter of personal preference. Both have positive aspects.

Ok, that really helps. I enjoy FLL and I think we will stick with. I like the way it is laid out which is probably the reason OPG and FLL has worked so well for us with G, he thinks alot like me.
