and what are you growing?

i have only grown basic summer garden stuff, but am planning to do some spring things this year. i'm in southern nc.

i'm in north georgia (an hour north of atlanta) and this week planted spinach, a variety of lettuces, carrots and onions. i'll be planting cauliflower and broccoli in the next few days. i'll plant some herbs (cilantro...YUM) in another week or so JIC of a cold snap. we're in the 60s daily already here but our last frost date is in april so i'm leary of planting much more, yet cilantro does best here this time of year.

oh garlic...that too. i've got some of that out there.

DH has started the seeds for our garden this spring. We have tomatoes, peppers and cantalope right now. I'm going to buy some corn, lettuce, beans and bell peppers soon.

We've started a few things inside, but hope to sow some spinach outside in the next couple of weeks. We had snow last year in April (totally freaky), so I know that you just never know. I just can't help it! I've got spring fever ;)

You are making me have spring fever so bad! We still have half a foot of snow on the ground, and the thermometer said -6 when I let the dog out this morning.

It will be a couple of months before I am able to start my garden.

I just put out peas, collards, spinach, swiss chard, buttercrunch lettuce, radishes, red onion starts, and beets. All of them by seed.

I live in southern middle TN.
