Looking for a job operating heavy equipment. We are in Central, AL (Pelham - about 20min south of B'Ham). Any help is greatlyappreciated!! My family (of 4) is living with my sister and her family (of 4 with one on the way) in a house not quite big enough for all of us. Dh is working a detailing job that doesn't pay near enough for us to get out on our own :(

Dh has experience with this:

2yrs
Front end loader operator for a pipe crew
Collecting, sorting, and delivering materials for a pipe crew.
Back filling sanitary sewer pipe, and (RCP) storm pipe.
Six months experience excavating with a track hoe.
Laying deep sanitary and deep storm pipes.

~2yrs
Labor crew foreman/Finish loader operator
Pushing and smoothing dura rock and soil cement for road base.
Operating track-hoe, end dump, and other heavy machinery for site development.
Checking grade specifications for accuracy for road base.

1yr
Forklift operator
Locating, pulling, and loading trucks with central air and heat merchandise for independent vendors.
Customer service.

Tara,
Has he found anything?
Has he looked at working on the pipeline. He may need to travel a little till it gets closer to you. I can't remember the name of the pipeline going through my town but maybe a search of pipeline MS or LA would bring something up.

:-)
