We tried the ice cream recipe and didn't love it - and it's WAY too high in fat.

I put some organic maple cream-topped yogurt in it last night and the kids thought it was too tangy and it was pretty thick.

I'd especially love a recipe that uses coconut milk and no dairy. :)

:corn: I wanna know too! I've only used mine once and didn't care for the recipe either :( I'd love a recipe with coconut milk too - like the nutty coconut ice cream they (used to?) have at B&R - mmmmm

We use ours often but what we make is def. not low fat. I make this really yummy light tasting vanilla icecream

4 cups half and half
1/2 cup whipping cream
1 cup sugar (I use cane juice crystals)
2 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt

Sometimes we also omit 12 ounces of the half and half and add a can of hansen's rootbeer for rootbeer coolers.

My favorite dessert ever is the vanilla ice cream with hershey's syrup and peanuts on it:)
