Seed Savers Exchange (http://seedsavers.org)
Seeds of Change Homepage (http://www.seedsofchange.com/default.asp)
Baker Creek Heirloom Seeds - 1200 Heirloom Seed Varieties! (http://rareseeds.com)
Fedco - Co-op Seeds, Gardening Supplies, Trees, Potatoes, Bulbs (http://fedcoseeds.com)
There are other places I used to buy from, but a couple years ago Seminis, the major supplier to most seed companies, was bought by Monsanto. Even many organic, open-pollinated varieties are now owned by Monsanto, so I will not buy them. Unfortunately, that meant giving up some of my favorite seed companies. The upside is that I really like the ones I order from now.

I remember hearing about that - do you know how to find out who is included? I like baker creek and seed savers - just wondering if the others that I buy from (mainly territorial and peaceful valley farm) were included in that buyout.

Da&n that Monsanto!!! :vent:
