While looking for recipes for my slow cooker that use whole foods I applied for this website they sent me this book. It is pretty cool... very basic, but some of the websites and information seem right on target.

And instead of making this into another post, will you guys post your tried and true whole foods crock pot meals? So far I have pintos, oatmeals (a million different reicipes for that), and several for meat. But I am using my crock pot a lot lately and I am sorta in love.... good stuff. I remember my mom used hers a lot when we were little. Between the crock pot and the pressure cooker I haven't cooked standard food in a while. lol!

TY! If you have any tips for beans in the pressure cooker could you share? I keep getting nicely cooked beans on bottom and crunchy on top.

Check out Lorna Sass books from the library. ;) She is the best pressure cooker cook book writer out there. :)

I recently posted my barley burritos that are really good - and vegan to boot! Do a search on it - it was within the last week or so.
