We've kind of entered "crisis mode" around here so last night Jeff said it would be really nice if there was a program online that W. could do for a few months. I remembered this name floating around.
Any reviews? My biggest issue would be she is on different levels for different subjects. 1st for math (possibly K) and 2nd or 3rd for reading, 1st for everything else. Will they accomodate that? Would she learn anything?
Thanks for ANY information!

There's a free trial on their website. It's one of our things to sign up for in the future - I know Becka did it for a bit, but I never did hear how she liked it.
Subbing to see if anyone replies - and let me know if you like it (or don't) would you? :)

Well we are going to give it a try. W. did three lessons yesterday and begged for more. It's not exactly what I want, I want more hands on, but I think it's ideal for us for right now. Noelle will be coming back home (from preschool) in two months and we are going to be more busy with my dad. And Whitley loves it! What can we lose? I'll continue to do her other work (probably just LA, math, handwriting) with her as well as time allows.

She's been in fulltime preschool since late September. I'm pulling her out b/c my dad will be getting chemo and she is getting all those lovely sicknesses. We'll go back to outpatient therapies, hopefully they will schedule them on 3 days a week.
eta: lol, just realized I made it sound like she had moved away or something! Sorry.

We used Time4Learning for our first semester this year, along with other things. It was ok, but the kids eventually grew bored and started to whine every time we asked them to complete the day's work. I decided that this is our last month using the program, because I can't justify the $40 per month for two children if they're not actually getting into the work.
It WAS very good, though, for my children who are on multiple levels according to subject. You can choose the level of work on each individual subject, as opposed to chosing a single "Grade Level" curriculum.
