I'm just starting out and have none. I bought this set of patterns, and my dd is dying for me to stitch something for her (she LOVEs veggies). I don't have a small hoop (just a giant one for quilting), or any floss. Would like to get several colors of floss from one person if possible. Here is the link to the iron-ons I bought:

Have Pay Pal or can trade. TIA :)

it might be cheaper to pick them up locally. They're very inexpensive and might not be worth the cost of shipping.
Michaels has floss on sale 4/$1 and a hoop is around $1 or $2 (depending on if you want wood or plastic). You could have all you'd need for $5 (or less).
The bigger hoops cost a little more but I wouldn't get any bigger than 6" or 7". I almost always use a 6" hoop and just move it around as needed. Bigger is more cumbersome to hold and work with.

I totally agree! Much cheaper. Even Walmart has floss and wooden hoops.
I did see this: purl : products : accessories + notions list (http://purlsoho.com/purl/products/accessories_notions_list/52) which sparked my interest.
