So this really isn't about *what* was sewn and all about WHERE it was.
SO took this week off. Initially because I was going to be out of town for an event that I later canceled. Instead he spent 2 days making my birthday present, a dedicated SEWING STUDIO!!!
Of course it's not fully finished but I couldn't contain myself from getting started in there tonight! I still want to repaint the walls in a bright cheerful green, get bins in the storage unit, find some art work, install a new light and some hooks for hanging projects. Plus refinish the floors and get a rug.
Without further ado......
before: mind this was *after* putting all the reenacting stuff in the basement :drop:

and after!

The best part is of course the custom machine table. The brackets match the ones on the outside of my house. It fits 3 of my 4 machines (#4 is the industrial in the basement) and is bumped away from the wall to allow large pieces to fall rather than bunch up, yet it's only 15" deep.

Now for the side of SnS. I whipped up 30 new FBW's that I found already cut & assembled in the big blue bin of fabric.

and a bag. I'm not happy with the ribbon or the way the button sits. The blank square is where my logo will go, once I get the ink jet printer set up again & can make some.

Thanks for Looking!!
