I would love some for myself. I am feeling overwhelmed and frustrated with life. The children seem too loud too often. Life feels very complicated. And I know it is not. But that is not how it feels to me.

Thank you all. I yelled at my daughter today :( She has a very challenging personality, but, I would think that as an adult with life experience and as one who IS consciously working on healing and improving herself, I might have more self-control than she does. Blech.
