Hi mamas. My son needs to use the computer more and I am so afraid that he will come across a bad site by browsing on a regular browser. (I remember a project on frogs he did and I looked up something and came across a really nasty porn site) So, what browser is reliable? Is there a free one or should i buy one? Please help.

Glubble is an add-on for the Firefox browser. Parents must authorize sites to visit.

We use K9 Web Protection - Free Internet Filtering and Parental Controls Software (http://www1.k9webprotection.com/) and so far it is pretty good...and free.

Thank you so much! This is just what we needed.
Also, if anyone is wanting to get their kids and email addy, I highly recommend kidmail.net.

We have not let our kids on the computer lately because when we browse on Firefox or IE we get dirty pop ups or tracking. I don't know what to do! We downloaded a firewall and AVG anti virus. We can't find the bug. Anyone had this problem??
