I have been soaping like crazy for the last month and a half :D All of these are a nice handful of soap. I actually cut them in half for my shower :) I use a blend of coconut and olive oils, a generous helping of cocoa and shea butters and the lavender also has castor oil, for an even richer lather :)

Here are some pictures!

This is a lovely rejuvinating and relaxing scent :) Lavender, Clary sage, and deeply wonderful german chamomile.

A wonderful new scent! A lovely blend of essential oils of clary sage and lime, with a touch of patchouli... this blend is lovely and grounded with a slightly sweet and salty tang of the fresh sea air! LOVE this blend! Colored with indigo root powder! (THANKS TRISH!-this is just a TEEENY bit... I made goddess shapes with more indigo to see how it lathers....but they arent ready yet)

Oooh, lavender... this is enchanting. Pure lavender essential oil with a delightful blend of herbs to make this really intriguing color. I used madder root, alkanet and a touch of indigo. This picture really doesn't show how neat and subtle the color is... This is a GOOD BAR OF SOAP with lots of yummy castor oil to make it nice and bubbly rich.

Tea Tree Swirl soap! yummy tea tree essential oil. Its funny, i don't normally like tea tree oil... its a bit too... Much... for me... but in soap it gets a little sweeter... its nice :) I used parsley powder in the lye water adn then again a bit more swirled with feathery touches of parsley powder

Extra delicious with a GENEROUS helping of German Chamomile which gives this bar a rich blue tone all on its own! Lavender and Spearmint and a touch of blue cornmeal make this a perfectly relaxing face soap for those of us who need a little extra pampering at night :) This one won't be repeated often for sale ;) too $$$ :D Or I might sell it but cut the bars in half... not sure...

:D soaps! wheee! I have them for sale on the market board and on Etsy :: Motherhues! (http://www.motherhues.etsy.com) if anyone is interested ;) I am still trying to figure out how to label the boxes... I think I may just slap a big ol descriptive label on the back with all the info and leave the front plain...

:D LOVE the boxes :D

I love the new boxes. Clear labels MIGHT be hard to read on the boxes, but I think they'd look nice.
I definitely say put them on the back and leave the front plain.

thanks everyone :) I saw a person who used clear labels... I am not certain if they were REALLY clear or not, but they looked a little funky... as if they weren't QUITE clear... kinda like vellum? But yes, I have been thinking a lot on the clear label thing... I was actually really frustrated two days ago because I HAD a darn pack of clear labels but can't find them... grrr.... I have about a half a million of the white ones, though...

Those are gorgeous! And I agree on leaving the fronts plain - they are just so pretty as is. And for gift giving - again, I think the fronts just as they are. It's such a nice presentation, anything more would detract. Just my 2 cents that went on and on... : )
