Where can I find more about it? I practice Reiki and I think that EFT would work well with it. How have I never heard of this before?!

I've tried doing searches for EFT and Emotional Freedom Technique and the stuff I'm coming up with seems to be mostly ads for things that I would have to buy. I want to get the videos but I absolutely can not buy them right now with the new baby on the way.:vent: Does anyone know if there is anywhere that someone could rent the dvd's? Is there more information online. I can see myself becoming quickly obsessed with this!

I'm also into other energy modalities, and was surprised when I came across EFT, and that I hadn't even heard of it in passing. I'm looking forward to working more with it and encorporating it into my life :)

According to Gary Craig's copyright, you can make 100 copies of each DVD for free and NOT for sale. So, if you can find someone with the DVD's who will copy them for you, then you are good to go.

Did you see the sticky at the top of the forum about Video's that Deborah has made to help get you going? Those will be really helpful for you.Also there are multiple posts here of examples of EFT for specific things as well as tons at Gary Craig's website.

Also there are free podcasts here...that are so GREAT. You can download them to your computer and put them on an MP3 player, or just listen on your computer.

I think Reiki would be awesome with EFT.

Gary has a free manual to download that covers the theory of EFT. Then with everything Linda mentioned, you are set to go. CHeck out the stickies on this forum where I have some other links ....
