So, I finally got a chance to do a little reading as I sat up with smoochie last night from about midnight until 3. :eyes: Clearly, I may not have read everything, because I have a question.

I thought I'd give it a try today, but I'm not sure if I'm tapping correctly. Do I just tap down one side of the body or am I using both hands on both sides of the body? Also, how do I reach my sides? Do I use the same hand on the same side or cross them?

I must say I felt both ridiculous and awkward my first time doing this.

You just tap down one side of your body. You reach across the opposite side with the opposite hand to get to the under the arm point...you can do it with the same hand and look like a monkey:P but it is also hard to get the point that way. (you can also tap some points bilaterally, but it is not necessary.

It is a VERY forgiving process. Meaning, if you miss a point, don't worry. Also there are no really right words or wrong words.
