I Loved the free podcasts that you posted the link for!Thank you thank you thank you!I have been listening to them pretty regularly and they are so much more helpful than reading alone.I started with the first one and it was an immediate result.
For background I feel overwhelmed by the constant pile of work that I must do daily to keep my home nice for my family.So for several days I tapped along for that overwhelm.It was amazing!I was able to get off my butt and get it done.It is still a up hill battle to get it all done but now that I have made a dent I can move on to the next step and work out my "why do I choose this mess" and move forward to the next step.I'm not looking for overnight results but these baby steps are bigger than any I have made before.Soon I hope to be flying along.

There are so many good tips and ideas in those pocasts. I run them when I am driving in my car(through the car stereo~lol!) and even if I am listeneing to one again, I always get something from it.
