The university hosts a weekly organic Village Farmers' Market open to the public on Wednesdays from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. The market offers local,
organically grown items, including fresh flowers, nuts, fruits, vegetables,
meats and whole grain breads. The market will continue through September and is located on the university campus across from the 19th Century Historic
Village and Farm.
