I love all of UDO's products - they are the ones I give my kidlets too - and I dunno why I like them really - other than they always seem to work out any issue that may come up IYKWIM ;)

The naturopath has Kalki taking Metagenics Ultra Probioplex. Other than that, my fave, when we have a need for a boost, is umm...Yakult. :p We love drinking it, but it's mega expensive, so we save it as a treat, since we love it, and it gives a good boost.

For years I used PB8 & was very pleased. Now - when I can afford it - I use Garden of Life. Mostly because I've heard it recommended by Dr. Mercola & a few others.

I have had really good luck with Cell Tech's probiotics, and now I can't remember what they're called...

I'm currently trying Kendy's Actiflora because I got a good price on it through Frontier. I've only taken it a couple times, so I can't give you any info on that.

I had some good ones recommended by a doc that I got through Emmerson Ecologics--one was Florastore and the other one was by Klaire Labs, I think. Those seemed really good.

Jarrow was recommended by the store clerk. It works on the kids in about two days flat.

I think my dad got a bottle, but finding out effectiveness is TMI for me.

it's about $16 a bottle, which is killer, but the dose is 1/4 teaspoon. The bottle has lasted about a year in the fridge, with two rounds of antibiotics, and various intestinal issues.

DS1 requests it stirred into yogurt, occasionally. I don't ask.
