I've hung onto these girls for a while, but I believe it's time to move them onward. :)
I have this sewing machine:
Welcome to White Sewing (http://www.whitesewing.com/W2335.asp)
I got this in gently used condition from a pawn shop 2.5 years ago. It was barely used since I got it. I made 2 quilts, 1 pair of pj's for Garrett, and about 8 pads.
That's it. LOL!
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
And this serger:
Welcome to White Sewing (http://www.whitesewing.com/1600.asp)
I swore I never needed a serger. I tried to convince myself that sewing French Seams wasn't too bad. ;)
Well, once I got this baby, I never looked back!!
I bought this in early 2002. It saw heavy use in 2002. I've used it off and on since, but I know that besides the 2 quilts I made, it hasn't seen any action in oh, 3 or more years....
I'm sure shipping will be at least $18 apiece give or take. I do have the serger box, still. I do not have the sewing machine box. Both come with instructions.
So, I will ponder a fair price. I believe the serger was $269.00. I will have to check and see if I still have the reciept. I could be wrong. :D
I will sell these cheap, though. It's time to move them on and I badly need to buy my son diapers.
ETA: $50 each? Is this fair? Both for $90? Plus postage.
Neither has even been "tuned up" ftr. I will test before shipping, but they are sold "as is".
Please pm or post if you are interested.
Thanks for reading this novel.
I can take pics of my machines if needed. No prob!
