I showed these over at PR, so I'll link to my reviews in case you want to read my commentary about the patterns.
The first is the poofy cap from the most recent Ottobre mag. Here is my review at PR: Ottobre 4/2007 #25 Cap (http://sewing.patternreview.com/cgi-bin/readreview.pl?readreview=1&ID=22267)

Next up is a top from Burda Easy Fashion magazine Spring 2006. Here is my review at PR: Burda Easy Fashion tunic tops (http://sewing.patternreview.com/cgi-bin/readreview.pl?readreview=1&ID=22518). This is a women's pattern that I attempted to modify for my 11 year old dd. First version was too big in the bust, and dd felt the fabric was too clingy for her tummy fluff:

On the second version, I did a small bust adjustment and used a cotton interlock that didn't cling so much.
