my AIO's are leaving marks on my dd's thunder thighs, is the elastic pulled to tight or is the leg setting too tight?

It could actually be either. Is there a lot of give to the leg elastic? If there isn't this is probably the problem because if this elastic doesn't have enough give it will put more pressure against her skin thus the marks. It is a lot more difficult for this to be from the leg setting because in order for this to happen you would have to pull the diaper pretty tight and woul probably notice it. Another thing to think about is if the rise is high enough. A larger diaper will often have both a higher rise and larger leg openings.
