Hey mamas,

Okay, I have been gaining in the midsection, and i 'really' haven't been eating that badly, and walk/bike with the dog regularly ... wondering if I am having other issues... boobs are heavy etc...not pg, just had .

went to an ob last year after gain weight for almost a year, had US, etc .. all looked normal, small fibroid, some family history,

I really feel like I have something weird going on .. how do I know for sure w/o going back to o.b. and can I do anything myself that is safe that might improve my situation ...mostly bloating, midsection wt. gain, heavy breasts, uncomfortable ovulation at times.

what about pcos? my uterus is enlarged (approx a 3m size and has been for at least 6m, confirmed on exam) and i have pcos. i'll be going in soon for further testing to determine if i have endo or adenomyosis.
