I'm in canning mode big time from the garden. Our tomatoes aren't ready yet (not until late August/early Sept in Michigan), but the pickling cucumbers are coming on strong.

Can you share your pickle recipes for canning? (sweet, bread and butter, and dill)

Also, can you share your spaghetti sauce canning recipe? Can you can salsa? What else can you can?

Also I have a terrific spaghetti sauce recipe, but it makes a TON. Can I can it? I've tried freezing it, but it gets almost too runny.
