It's been really dry here (no rain for 3 weeks and counting). The few good ones we had on the vine were eaten by the deer last night (ARRG!).


Oh, well- we did pick 40lbs of blackberries so far in the last two weeks! (prob pick one more time). The kids are scratched up, but loving the jelly and pie- lol!

OOoooooooooooo you lucky bugger with those blackberries! I haven't found a good source yet this year and I am running out of season time. I am going blueberry picking on Monday... planning on getting 30lbs of them. :)

Argh.. . I'm having difficulty with my tomatoes. They've been great for what seems like forever! We are getting plenty of rain, but not much heat.

Yep... tomatoes take heat. Mine are all staying green... I doubt I will get very many before it gets cold.
