Hello ladies!
Quick question for you. I've just sewn (for the first time!) a small pocket diaper by following the Sew Darling pattern. I'm actually surprised at how I did...it looks like a functional pocket dipe! My question is that is looks too small. The pattern said that it should fit a 10-20lbs baby but it looks to me like it could only fit a newborn. I've put it up against a small Fuzzi Bunz and it looks smaller. Just wondering if this is typical of this pattern?
I'd rather use my beautiful fabric for a size that would be equivalent to a medium (15-30lbs) so that my babe to come can wear them longer. Maybe I should make the mediums and use those as smalls and make large to use as mediums?
I made the trial run diaper out of flannel with regular braided elastic...would using my PUL with my Stretchrite polybraid make a difference?
Thanks!!
